For our ambitious, fast growing team in Copenhagen, we are looking for an experienced project manager to join our Strategic Operationsteam. In this role, you will take lead on a number of cross functional projects focused on scaling our operations and expanding our customer offering, working closely and collaboratively with our Product, Production, Logistics, Food Safety and Technology teams.

• As a member of the Strategic Operations team, have exposure and opportunity to be involved in the vanguard of growth and development for HelloFresh in Sweden, Denmark and Norway
• Originate and lead cross functional projects that will have a positive impact on our teams, product, customers, suppliers, revenue and costs
• Provide solid structure to projects, collaborating with workstreams to ideate, scope, plan, execute, manage risks and transition to ‘business as usual’
• Communicate effectively across all parts of the business and to various levels of stakeholders, including senior leadership 
• Gather best practice from International HelloFresh geographies as well as external organizations to develop project plans that can be implemented within the Nordics operation
• Develop business cases and recommend continuous improvement initiatives in our supply chain

• Bachelor’s degree / Masters in business, supply chain or relevant 
• 2+ years of project management experience, including setting up a project governance structure, scoping, creating a project plan and executing
• Proactivity, ambition, and assertiveness: you take ownership of your work
• Strong upward and downward management skills with clear communication, both verbal and written
• Humility, curiosity, and a “roll up your sleeves” attitude to entering workstreams and getting the job done
• Quantitative and analytical experience, including solid comfort with Excel
• Structured thought process and ways of working with other people
