As a Strategic Partner Manager, you will be responsible for managing relationships and developing strategies for our top 100 EMEA partnerships, whilst identifying, presenting, and onboarding new significant partners for 2025 and beyond. Your role centers on building and enhancing partnerships, influencing stakeholders, and implementing impactful strategies to drive integration adoption, unlock new revenue streams, and support market growth in priority regions. By managing these relationships and driving the strategic roadmap, you will be instrumental in amplifying Trustpilot’s presence and ensuring sustained growth across the EMEA region.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Partnership Ownership: Take full ownership of the relationship lifecycle for the top 100 strategic partnerships in EMEA. This includes contract negotiations, regular check-ins, quarterly business reviews, and identifying opportunities for enhanced collaboration and mutual growth. Identify, pitch, and onboard new strategic partners in focus regions for 2025 and beyond. Evaluate potential partners’ alignment with Trustpilot’s market goals and work to establish long-term, high-value collaborations.
  • Strategic Execution: Build and execute tailored partnership strategies designed to maximise integration adoption, uncover new revenue streams, and deepen Trustpilot’s impact in key markets. Develop strategic account plans that reflect each partner's unique potential and goals.
  • Performance Management: Forecast partnership-driven revenue, integration adoption metrics, and other KPIs. Regularly report progress, providing actionable insights to refine strategy and execution.
  • Market Expertise and Advocacy: Maintain a deep understanding of Trustpilot’s product offerings, value proposition, and competitive landscape. Advocate for Trustpilot at relevant industry events, building Trustpilot’s reputation and expanding its network within the SaaS ecosystem.

Day-to-Day Activities:

  • Conduct regular meetings with existing partners to nurture relationships and monitor progress.
  • Develop and share enablement resources to train partners on promoting Trustpilot’s value and integrations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams - including Marketing, Sales Development, and Training - to align on partnership strategies and ensure seamless execution.
  • Track and analyse partner performance against key metrics, identifying creative strategies to enhance value and improve outcomes.
  • Create and deliver partner-focused presentations to internal and external stakeholders, highlighting accomplishments, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Lead initiatives to address partner feedback, optimising processes, and tools to improve the partner experience.

Who you are:

  • Experience in strategic partnerships, tech partnerships, or business development, with a proven track record of managing and growing high-value partnerships.
  • Partnership Network: Well-established connections within the SaaS ecosystem are essential.
  • Expert management skills in handling complex partnerships, including stakeholder management and KPI formulation to measure performance.
  • Skilled in pitching, negotiating, and closing partnership deals with high-impact partners.
  • Enthusiasm for data-driven approaches to problem-solving, innovation, and enhancing tools and integrations.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Trustpilot’s technology ecosystem as well as the wider EMEA market.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills with both product and commercial teams.
  • Possesses a keen ability to develop and present business cases that aid in informed strategic decision-making.

  • Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time for partner meetings, events, and industry conferences.
