We are seeking a Strategic Partner Success Lead to transform how our partnerships drive business success. In this pivotal role, you will design and execute plans to build, optimize, and scale delivery practices with our most critical implementation partners. You'll blend program development, partner management, and operational excellence to ensure our partners are fully enabled, aligned, and empowered to deliver exceptional customer outcomes.   • Establish Sustainable Practices: Build best-in-class frameworks for strategic implementation partners to drive scalable, high-quality delivery.
  • Define Partner Excellence: Create clear blueprints and set expectations for successful partner delivery engagements.
  • Develop Best Practices Library: Convert customer and internal content into partner-focused enablement materials to drive knowledge transfer.
  • Measure & Optimize Performance: Develop KPIs and benchmarks to assess and continuously enhance partner effectiveness.
  • Support Executive Reviews: Play a key role in EBRs by evaluating delivery outcomes and ensuring alignment on joint business objectives.
  • Set Engagement Standards: Define and drive clarity on how CSMs, Tech Support, and Professional Services should engage with partners to maximize efficiency and success.
  • Drive Certification & Enablement: Collaborate with the customer product enablement team to set and enforce partner certification requirements.
  • Align Reporting & Metrics: Work with partner operations teams to establish a unified, accurate source of performance data.
  • Gather & Act on Feedback: Engage with GSIs to refine post-sales processes and tools, including participation in a Partner Advisory Board.
  • Continuously Improve: Monitor partner performance, develop feedback loops, and recommend enhancements to foster better collaboration and outcomes.
What You'll Need:
  • 6+ years of experience in partner management, professional services, or strategic operations in a SaaS, IT, or technology-driven environment. Strong preference for experience with Observability platforms.
  • Proven ability to design and scale partner delivery frameworks that drive measurable customer success.
  • Strong analytical skills to develop reporting, performance tracking, and success metrics for partners.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with customer enablement, sales, customer success, and technical support teams.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to facilitate EBRs and executive discussions.
  • Ability to develop or aggregate enablement assets, playbooks, and best practices libraries for partner use.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-growth environments where problem-solving and initiative are critical.
  • Willingness to travel up to 10-20% for partner engagements and business reviews.

Compensation packages at LogicMonitor for eligible roles include base salary, a variable plan depending on role, along with comprehensive benefits. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum base salary target for new hires in the position, determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, interview performance, and relevant education or training. LogicMonitor employees in eligible roles are also granted equity based compensation, subject to Board of Director approval. The Base Salary range for this role is:$114,765—$145,000 USD
