Strategic Product Development Intern (m/f/x)
From day one you’ll be given real accountability and implement strategic development initiatives across International markets to drive forward our physical product offering (our menus and recipes) while liaising with both local and global stakeholders to steer our global strategy to increase customer satisfaction. The focus of your work will be supporting the physical assortment experiments workstream.
The successful applicant will require a mix of entrepreneurialism, creativity, administration, and commercial logic.

What you’ll do
- You will assist in the management of the physical assortment experiments, contributing to the execution of innovative A/B tests to improve our core offering (our recipes and menus)
- You will be responsible for ensuring that we have robust processes and tooling in our international markets and help our teams get all of the data points required for a smooth project management of the tests
- Daily, you will be extracting, manipulating, and analyzing data to identify business opportunities to improve some of our key customer KPIs.
- Communicating regularly, collecting information on time, and exchanging ideas and best practices around strategic product development with our teams across the markets
- You have a strong academic record from a top university (preferably in Business, Finance, or Supply Chain)
- Great project management skills, ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, and a knack for documentation
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with both technical and nontechnical individuals
- Strong problem-solving skills and capability to dig deeper into the details to identify issues and find solutions working together with other stakeholders.
- You are passionate about our business and have a real interest in learning how we can use data to provide key product insight into our food offering
- Good numerical and analytical thinking with a logical approach
- Extensive hands-on experience working with Excel at an advanced level, with the aspiration to expand your skills to other data analytical tools such as SQL and Tableau
- You are available to start on 1 July 2024 for at least 6 months
- You speak English fluently (your position requires daily communication with people from other countries, Germany, Netherlands, UK, etc, english is our working language)
