YOUR MISSION

Glovo is looking for a talented and ambitious Strategy & Account Manager for its fastest growing vertical - Groceries. Do you want to make an impact and contribute to disrupting the instant delivery market?

THE JOURNEY

  • Accountable for enhancing operational performance metrics (such as orders, users and revenue) and streamlining operations for a designated group of Top Partners in Groceries.
  • Foster enduring partnerships with Top Partners, enhancing their business metrics, promotional activities, interaction, and Partner retention over time.
  • Play a pivotal role in shaping their delivery operations and offer strategic counsel leveraging industry insight, thorough data analysis, and specialized knowledge.
  • Build and maintain relationships with Glovo’s Top Partners in the country - establish excellent relationships through consistent and proactive communication, identifying their needs and building engagement (meetings and business reviews)
  • Get feedback from our partners and translate it into product, marketing and operations improvement
  • Serve as a representative of Glovo's mission, brand values, and product offerings.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

  • +2 years proven experience in high-performance analytical roles such as - Consulting, Venture Capital or Startup.
  • Proficient in data analysis, particularly with GSheets, capable of extracting insights and providing actionable recommendations to partners.
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences, proactive in identifying opportunities, and dedicated to nurturing positive, enduring relationships with our partners.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, adept at articulating recommendations persuasively and influencing stakeholders effectively.
  • Skilled in strategizing, executing initiatives, and proficient at working autonomously to see projects through from inception to completion.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, aiming to become a trusted ally for merchants utilizing the Glovo app.
  • Willingness to delve deep into complex issues and persevere through challenges.
  • Experience in managing processes at scale and adept at project management.
  • Proficiency in English and native fluency in Portuguese.
  • An empathetic, inclusive and curious attitude
