Strategy & Execution Manager

The Global Sales Business Performance & Strategy Team is seeking a Manager / Senior Manager to accelerate automation, improve forecasting accuracy, and surface high-impact insights for our global Sales organization. In this role, you’ll design and deploy AI-enabled solutions that simplify processes, strengthen decision-making, and empower Sales leaders to focus on what matters most. You will also lead recurring performance reporting, translate forecast model outputs into actionable recommendations, and help shape the future of our GTM strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Performance Analysis: Lead analysis to identify performance drivers and opportunities to improve sales performance and GTM strategy
- AI-Enabled Insights: Design and implement AI-driven tools that highlight business performance trends and deliver clear insights for Sales leadership
- Forecasting: Build, monitor, and enhance consumption forecast models to improve accuracy, predictability, and trust in our forecasting process
- Reporting & Reviews: Own recurring business performance deliverables (e.g., Quarterly Sales Performance Summary) and support Quarterly Business Review preparation
- Field Recommendations: Drive the design of alerts, insights, and recommended actions to guide field teams toward better execution
- CRO Business Partnership: Help uncover insights and conduct ad hoc analysis to support deep dive requests from the Chief Revenue Officer
What we look for:
- Data Fluency: Strong analytical and technical skills with proficiency in SQL, Excel/Google Sheets, and Salesforce. Comfortable building models, working with complex datasets, and prototyping toolsCollaboration: Excellent communicator who can translate business needs into technical solutions, manage cross-functional dependencies, and drive alignment across teams
- Experience: 5+ years in a strategy, operations, or business performance role at a leading technology company, ideally in high-growth environments
- Process Expertise: Skilled in designing and executing end-to-end process changes, including requirement gathering, IT collaboration, UAT, and performance reporting
Pay Range Transparency

The pay range(s) for this role is listed below and represents the expected salary range for non-commissionable roles or on-target earnings for commissionable roles. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, depth of experience, relevant certifications and training, and specific work location. Based on the factors above, Databricks anticipates utilizing the full width of the range. The total compensation package for this position may also include eligibility for annual performance bonus, equity, and the benefits listed above.
