We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Process/Program Manager to join our Accelerate Central Program Office (CPO) team and drive the success of our most critical investment and operational programs. This role combines elements of program management, process optimization, and financial oversight to deliver impactful outcomes that align with our organizational vision and goals. The impact you will have:
Strategic Program Leadership- Develop, plan, and execute programs aligned with organizational goals, driving initiatives that directly support our strategic objectives.
- Assess and refine program objectives to adapt to changing business needs, ensuring alignment with long-term goals and competitive positioning.
- Provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership, leveraging data and trends to anticipate challenges and optimize program outcomes.
- Oversee the end-to-end management of strategic programs, including budgeting, forecasting, and timeline adherence, ensuring programs are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, managing multiple stakeholders to foster collaboration, remove roadblocks, and streamline program execution.
- Establish program governance frameworks, setting clear milestones, KPIs, and accountability metrics to track performance and ensure alignment with business priorities.–
- Manage program budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources and adherence to financial targets.
- Provide financial analysis, reporting on ROI, and ensuring that technology and service investments drive measurable business outcomes.
- Partner with leadership to assess feasibility, scale innovative investment programs, and execute commercialization strategies.
- Utilize advanced data analysis and business intelligence tools to gather, interpret, and report on program data, providing actionable insights to guide decision-making.
- Design and implement performance dashboards, ensuring transparent reporting and continuous performance tracking for informed decision-making across programs.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency.
- Introduce and integrate modern tools and platforms for program management, working closely with IT and relevant teams to maximize technological capabilities.
- Support the development, launch, and scaling of investment programs, providing support to commercialization initiatives from conception to market delivery.
- Partner with relevant stakeholders to identify potential growth areas, assess feasibility, and build actionable plans for innovative investments and commercialization.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, presenting insights, performance metrics, and program progress to guide high-level decision-making.
- Foster a culture of open communication and accountability, ensuring senior stakeholders are informed and aligned with program direction and outcomes.
What we look for:
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial engineering, or related field is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in process/program management, with strong proficiency in analysis and reporting to inform strategic planning, optimize project execution, and support stakeholder management.
- Proven expertise in managing complex investment and commercialization programs, with a track record of launching and scaling successful initiatives through data-driven insights.
- Demonstrated success in collaborating with senior leaders, showcasing the ability to influence and drive decision-making at executive levels by delivering clear, actionable reporting and analysis.
- Strategic Thinking: Adept at forward-thinking, with a strong capacity to anticipate and align programs with future organizational goals.
- Data Analysis and BI Reporting: Proficient in data analysis and business intelligence tools; ability to translate data into meaningful insights and performance indicators.
- Technical Proficiency: Highly tech-savvy, with experience in using modern tools and platforms (such as SQL, MS Project, Jira, Tableau/Power BI or similar) to enhance program management processes.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; strong presentation skills for delivering insights to senior leadership.
- Risk Management: Adept at identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies to ensure seamless program delivery.
