The Team:
The GTM Strategy & Operations team plays a crucial role in driving the rocketship growth of Celonis via its Partner Ecosystem. As Business Partners to the Ecosystem leadership, we prepare & drive decision making, foster execution and help steer the business. Across the team, you will find a mix of projects in strategic planning, sales operations, finance, and business analytics – requiring a mix of strategy, go-to-market design, market analysis, sales optimization, and business operational support.You will report directly to the Head of Global Ecosystem & EMEA Sales Strategy + Operations and be based out of our multicultural and vibrant office in Madrid, Spain.
The Role:As an EMEA Strategy & Operations manager you will play a key part in supporting EMEA leadership to drive and execute on the continued success of Celonis by supporting our business growth strategy. Sample projects range from highly strategic to operational including evaluating market opportunities, business planning, process optimization and regular review of key performance metrics. The role requires interaction with various areas of the organization and provides exposure to senior executives. You will be working closely with stakeholders from other Celonis departments like Value Engineering, Marketing, Process & Tools, Analytics, Finance, etc.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the annual EMEA planning process, including organizational design, territory carving, comp plan design and target setting
- Define GTM strategy- including sales territory design, analysis and presentation of Market Opportunity to drive Celonis penetration into different regional markets
- Leverage internal and external data to provide actionable commercial insights that can deliver revenue growth
- Drive strategic projects into the execution phase and partner with teams across the organization to deliver on implementation
- Identify key opportunities for business improvement through analytics & quantitative insights
- Run Regional and EMEA Wide forecasting, sales performance and dem generation governances
The qualifications you need:
- BSc/MSc/MBA degree or equivalent experience
- Experience in Sales Operations, SaaS business, Consulting or Investment Banking
- Experience in MS Excel and PPT or G-suite tools
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Proficient in spoken and written English (Additional language is a plus, but not a must)
- Results-driven, detail-oriented, self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Experience in Salesforce is a plus #LI-AB7
