The B2B Business Unit is the growth driver of Payoneer, enabling B2B payments between businesses globally. We are looking for rock star strategists to help us define our next growth drivers, shaping our strategy to grow the business both with current customers and expanding to new customer segments, as well as product and operational strategies. We collaborate closely with multiple cross-functional teams, including product, risk, corporate strategy, and M&A to drive and execute on our vision & strategy.

What’s the job?

  • Own B2B’s end-to-end strategy development.
  • Drive end-to-end strategic projects, from framing the problem to implementation.
  • Support planning & budgeting processes, aligning short- and long-term goals.
  • Collaborate closely with local GTM teams to understand market nuances and drive traction for new initiatives.
  • Engage directly with customers to validate strategic hypotheses.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to execute cross-company initiatives.
  • Track market trends and identify new opportunities for Payoneer.

 

Does this sound like you?

  • 5+ years of experience in top-tier strategy consulting firms, venture capital or tech strategy teams, with at least 3+ years leading teams.
  • B.A/B.Sc. in an analytical discipline; MBA in a top school is an advantage.
  • Strategic thinking combined with understanding of products and market development.
  • Proven track record of cross-functional collaboration and problem-solving.
  • Proficient in market & competitive analysis.
  • Mastery of building complex data analysis to support strategic decisions.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Passion for technology, as well as the dynamics and trends within business technology/fintech markets.

 

Not a must but great advantages

  • Experience with worldwide growth strategy, including new products, markets, product market fit, others, especially in the Fintechs.
