Your missions:

As a member of the Post-Merger Integration (PMI) team, you will be at the heart of our future external growth operations. Once our amazing Mergers & Acquisitions team has successfully completed the acquisition, we need to make sure the deal delivers and creates value as expected. That is when the PMI team comes into play!

Main missions regarding integration are:

  • Participation in all key stages of an integration (Due diligence, Synergy assessment, Integration plan, Preparation of Day-1 plan, Integration implementation and plan execution, etc.)
  • Drafting of the operational integration plan (key stages, dates and deadlines)
  • Identification and drafting of communication plan for key participants
  • Collaboration with integration stakeholders to facilitate seamless integration  - onboarding of the integration team, facilitation of governance committees, etc.
  • Alignment with project teams to include technical integrations in roadmaps
  • Assessing and optimizing acquired companies business processes, systems, and organizational structures to drive operational efficiency and synergy realization
  • Monitoring of integration progress and key objectives achievement, while identifying interdependencies between the various streams and potential obstacles and workarounds
  • Reporting on synergies (up-sell, x-sell, restructuring, cost savings or avoidance,...) and progress of the plan on the different streams

External growth is a key lever for our future growth. So expect plenty of projects!

PMI activities are closely tied to the M&A roadmap. During periods without acquisitions, the team supports strategic projects within Doctolib, such as:

  • Specific projects (e.g., transverse projects)
  • Dedicated taskforce (e.g., during a crisis)
  • Internal audit missions

This list is not exhaustive and the missions will be decided upon priorities and your interests (and how you want to develop within Doctolib)

Main qualities for this job

Main qualities for the job are:

  • Very good strategic perspectives (e.g., ability to ask the good questions, good understanding of Doctolib, its markets and its processes, etc.)
  • Strong project management skills (e.g., ability to manage several streams, stakeholders management, reporting, anticipation)
  • Demonstrated communication skills (both written and oral), and ability to deliver impactful syntheses and reporting
  • Fluent in English (oral and written)
  • Strong autonomy and proactivity
  • Team player (of course!)

Any expertise (e.g., finance, ops, IT, Legal, etc.) is a plus but not required.
