Role Responsibilities: What you'll do

Working Student Communications - CEO Office (Start: 01.08.2024, Munich)

• Responsible for gathering input and driving our weekly company-wide all-team event
• Support with managing our company websites and social media channels
• Creation of internal and external communication materials such as press releases, social media posts, newsletters, blog posts, etc.
• Organisation and implementation of events, meetings or press conferences
• Preparation of presentations and materials for internal and external events
• Monitoring media coverage and preparing reports
• Supporting the development and implementation of communication strategies and campaigns

Your Learnings:

• Gain company-wide insights by supporting cross-departmental projects and working with different stakeholders
• Get a better eye for detail and properly learn how to work with data
• You'll be gaining insights and understanding of the strategy function within a company, not just scratching the surface
• Set a milestone for your future career by gathering important working experience and connecting with colleagues from different backgrounds

Role Requirements: What you need to succeed

We are looking for students with strong hands-on mentality who are passionate about tackling creative tasks and thinking outside of the box to communicate our core messages and values.Hard Skills:

• You are a registered student in an area such as marketing, media, communication studies, or similar
• Ideally, you have already gained some practical experience through internships in the field of Communications
• Ideally, some experience in the B2B environment
• English is required, as we are a European company
• You ideally have experience in relevant tools and programs (Slack, Notion, Canva) 

Soft Skills:

• You like to communicate and work in a structured way and take responsibility
• You are proactive and eager to learn
• You are well organized and keen to deliver high-quality work
• You have a good sense for communicating messages to target groups
• Excellent communication skills, and good analytical skills with the ability to understand information very quickly

Salary:

• Working Students: 20 hours per week; Bachelor 16€ per hour, Masters 17€ per hour
