The Role: How you'll make an impact at Personio

The GTM Strategy and Operations team at Personio is a key strategic partner for our sales, partnerships, and marketing leaders across strategy and analytics, operations, process and tools. 

We’re looking for Working Students (m/f/d) who bring an analytical mindset and curiosity and will support us within our daily operations, dashboard and report creation, and project and stakeholder management tasks.

Role Responsibilities: What you'll do

Sales Operations (01.01.2024, Munich)

  • Assist the GTM Strategy and Operations team in sales territory management including the definition of effective territories and implementation in Salesforce as well as continuous reporting to evaluate the current setup.
  • Carry out market potential analyses concerning volume, attractiveness, etc.
  • Support sales accelerating initiatives by generating ideas, operationalization, reporting, and monitoring.
GTM Strategy & Operations (01.01.2024, Munich)
  • Maintaining and updating existing reporting and dashboards
  • Create smaller reports and dashboards yourself after aligning closely with stakeholders on their requirements
  • Prepare content based on self-generated insights for weekly/monthly leadership update meetings 
  • Support the team with general stakeholder alignment and communication
  • Ensure Data Quality in our CRMs and the compliance of process directives and correct data inconsistencies
  • Support the team with driving data literacy of GTM leaders through data enablement, preparing and holding trainings, and the documentation of existing and new resources

Role Requirements: What you need to succeed

We are looking for a working student who lives a strong hands-on mentality and is eager to tackle various tasks to support the development and execution of our company's strategic initiatives.Hard Skills:

  • You are currently pursuing a master's degree in a relevant field (Business Administration, Business Analytics, Informatics)
  • You have already gained some practical experience through internships in fast-paced, demanding environments like management consulting, big tech, or startups
  • You are confident in breaking down complex problems and solving them through quantitative analysis and enjoy building presentations showcasing the results
  • Experience with Tableau or other visualization tools is a big plus
  • German is a must as we communicate with German customers only - but nevertheless English is our company language 
Soft Skills:
  • You bring an independent and self-reliant work style with a strong hands-on mentality
  • You demonstrate excellent people skills, including networking and team-orientation
  • Showcase a strategic mindset, including problem-solving, analytical, and quantitative abilities, as well as curiosity and a desire to learn more
  • Display the ability to collaborate in a team environment and effectively communicate with people at all levels of an organization.
