Role Responsibilities: What you'll do

• You will gain valuable insights by supporting our small but powerful legal department with corporate law concerns and inquiries.
• You will support with the administration of Personio Group companies in Germany and abroad, preparing powers of attorney or other legal documents and preparing presentations on legal topics.
• You will be heavily involved in upcoming legal projects or in the area of compliance.
• You help us to establish legally compliant processes and to create the corresponding documentation.

Role Requirements: What you need to succeed

You have a strong understanding of legal procedures and are able to work effectively in a team? Then be part of our legal department and help to tackle all legal challenges we face.Hard Skills:

• You are studying commercial law or law (state examination) at least in the fifth semester, or you have already passed the 1st state examination
• You have an affinity for corporate law and, ideally already have some practical work experience in this area
• You have excellent MS Office skills

Soft Skills:

• You work independently and in a structured manner
• You are a strong communicator with very good written and spoken German and English skills
• You bring a high level of proactivity as well as a get-stuff-done mentality

Salary:

• Working Students: 20 hours per week; Bachelor 16€ per hour, Masters 17€ per hour
• Interns: 40 hours per week; 2,160€ per month
