Role Responsibilities: What you'll doIntern Talent Enablement (Munich or Dublin, Start date: 15.05.2024):
- Knowledge Management: You will contribute to our Talent Acquisition Knowledge Management by creating and reviewing content in our Confluence spaces.
- Learning & Development: You will assist in coordinating training sessions & workshops and support with the creation of training materials and content design to enhance our onboarding and learning initiatives.
- Process Optimisation & Talent Acquisition Enablement: You will support the Talent Acquisition team in reviewing and optimising existing processes and assist in new process roll-out across the team.
- Reporting & Data Analysis: You will create audits to ensure data compliance and visualise findings effectively, generate reports and surveys to track the effectiveness of our internal trainings and compile and present data insights to inform strategic decision-making within the Talent Acquisition team.
- Support Setup of Listening Tools: Assist in setting up and managing listening tools such as Culture Amp and Personio Surveys, helping to ensure they effectively gather and analyse employee feedback throughout the organisation.
- Create Communication Materials: Develop straightforward materials such as slide decks, toolkits and Confluence pages to share details of our engagement initiatives in the company.
- Project Work: Support the team in organising and analysing results from engagement and pulse surveys, contributing to our ongoing efforts to understand and improve employee satisfaction.
- Daily Operations: Get involved in daily activities, assisting with carious requests from the Employee Experience team as they arise.
- Internal Communications Support: Take part in managing essential channels, including internal screens and communication enablement processes.
- Team Events: Participate in the planning and execution of team events and initiatives that boost our workplace culture.
- You will provide HR Operation support to our German Team and work together with different internal stakeholders.
- You will assist in the administration of benefits and employee requests.
- You will be responsible for your own HR Support ticket queue and deliver an excellent employee experience in the process.

We are looking for interns and working students who possess strong interpersonal abilities by demonstrating empathy and effective communication.Hard Skills:
- You are currently or have been pursuing a university degree in a related field (Business, HR, psychology)
- Initial experience in the area of people experience, HR, or similar in the context of internships or working student activities is an advantage
- English is required, as we are a European company
- High affinity for HR topics and an “Employee-oriented Mindset”
- You demonstrate excellent people skills, including networking and team-orientation
- Your work style is diligent, and you like analytical tasks, but you’re also happy to do manual tasks if they are needed
- You are characterized by a strong sense of responsibility and a high level of initiative
