About the Role: You will support various procurement functions, from system administration and tool integration to supplier management and data analysis. You will automate processes, manage purchase orders, ensure data quality, and generate insightful reports. Role Responsibilities: What you'll do

  • System Administration and Tool Integration: Manage and maintain procurement systems while assisting in integrating new tools and technologies to ensure smooth and efficient operations

  • Process Automation: Develop and implement automation solutions to streamline procurement processes and improve efficiency

  • Supplier Management: Assist in managing supplier relationships, including onboarding, performance evaluation, and communication

  • Purchase Order Management: Supports creating, tracking, and managing purchase orders to ensure compliance with company policies

  • Contract Management: Assist in administrating and managing procurement contracts, ensuring compliance and timely renewals

  • Daily Operational Tasks: Support the procurement team with daily tasks and ensure all operations run smoothly

  • Data Quality and Assurance: Ensure the accuracy and quality of procurement data, maintaining high data integrity standards

  • Reporting and Analytics: Generate reports and analyze data to support decision-making and improve procurement strategies

Role Requirements: What you need to succeed

  • Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program (e.g., Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology)

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Tech savviness

  • Basic understanding of procurement processes

  • Nice to have: Basic knowledge of process automation and low-code

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

  • As we are interested in a long-term working student, we would prefer a person who has been studying for at least three semesters and is available for at least 20 hours per week

  • English fluency is a must; German language skills are optional
