ABOUT THIS ROLE…

 This individual will assist the Renewal team review, revise, report, and upgrade opportunities that impact the installed base and build algorithms with our Business Intelligence Team. The importance of building SOX compliance processes and a solid reporting structure to our business is a key initiative as we look to the future and you would be integral in making this happen. Your ability to drive business process, manage heavy transaction workloads with a keen attention to detail will enable the team to secure more revenue prior to the maintenance expiration date ultimately removing the risk of reducing the contract value. 

YOUR DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:

  • Provide operational and administrative/backend support to assigned SSR(s) to enable seamless execution of the renewals process.
  • Enable pipeline readiness with the understanding of Account Mapping and Territory Alignment 
  • Triage and route inquiries from a high-volume renewal inbox to the appropriate functional owner
  • Goal is to operationalize the Subscription Services Representatives pipeline while optimize renewal rate, attach rate and term 
  • Be a point of contact with Channel Partners & Account Managers to proactively market subscription opportunities to partners and/or resolve issues that may hinder them from maintaining a relationship with Pure Storage 
  • Effectively communicate company messages, value propositions, etc. verbally and in writing
  • Accountable for reviewing and validating subscription renewals against customer installed base reports and additional sources of data 
  • Ability to research original business transactions and prepare detail that will lead the account team to make quick recommendations on how to position the following subscription cycle
  • Accurately confirm and quote all subscription renewal opportunities for assigned territory
  • Develop and communicate process change and improvements to optimize programs and enhance relationships with necessary company external customers and internal support groups 
  • Track all activity in Salesforce, Stage 1 to Stage 2 FisF or other PERC Ticket Closures to move Renewal Opportunities Stage 3 
  • Accountable for reviewing and checking accuracy with upgrades executed by the field and Inside Account teams 
  • Work closely with Renewal, Sales and Finance teams to get upgrades to co-term to existing renewal dates
  • Responsible for assisting the team with verifying pricing and data to ensure accuracy in Pure internal tools 
  • Fulfills installed base requests for field 
  • Accountable for data related projects that help improve the Renewal reporting 

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE TABLE…

  • 4+ years experience in sales operations and or contract administration 
  • Solid Salesforce aptitude 
  • Ability to organize and prioritize activities 
  • Strong oral and written communication skills 
  • Organizational and follow up skills, problem solving and analytical skills 
  • Inventory/installed base management experience is a plus
  • Ability to take initiative, work flexibly, and adhere to priorities with minimal direct supervision.

Salary ranges are determined based on role, level and location. For positions open to candidates in multiple geographical locations, the base salary range is reflective of the labor market across the applicable locations. 

This role may be eligible for incentive pay and/or equity.

The hourly pay range is:$36—$53 USD
