The xtraCHEF line of business helps restaurants manage their food cost and improve productivity.  Our products include Accounts Payable (AP) Automation, Inventory, Procurement and now Bill Payment.

This Supplier Account Manager role sits on the Bill Payments team specifically.  In this role you will work directly with large and small suppliers, vendors and service providers throughout onboarding and beyond to answer their questions, gather feedback and help resolve their issues. You will be expected to deliver excellent customer service, work cross functionally to escalate issues in a timely manner and help us refine our onboarding and support processes.

 

About this roll* (Responsibilities) 

• Be the point person for restaurant suppliers joining our Bill Pay Network
• Work with the Bill Pay product team to quickly and efficiently onboard suppliers into our Bill Pay Network (CLEAR)
• Help set up/validating billing architecture within divisions for local national suppliers
• Work with restaurants and their suppliers to increase ACH usage within Toast Bill Pay
• Work with restaurants and their suppliers to increase EDI usage within Toast Bill Pay
• Report Supplier Bill Pay metrics back to xtraCHEF and Toast
• Responsible for the intake, cross functional communication and resolution of supplier Bill Pay escalations
• Maintain open lines of communication with suppliers through phone, email and marketing campaigns to learn how to improve and scale the Bill Pay program
• Deliver proactive, personalized service to our customers and partners
• Follow standard processes and procedures

The base salary range for this role is listed below. The starting salary will be determined based on skills and experience. In addition to base salary, our total rewards components include cash compensation (overtime, bonus/commissions if eligible), equity, and benefits.Pay Range$64,000—$102,000 USD
