Your Impact:
- Independently investigate issues related to outreach requirements, identify root causes, document findings, and implement corrective actions.
- Leverage analytical and problem-solving skills to assess supplier challenges, developing and implementing effective solutions.
- Monitor the effectiveness of outreaches, adjusting as necessary to achieve the desired impact.
- Act as an SME on E2E processes, educating suppliers to enhance their performance and ensure compliance.
- Manage multiple outreach initiatives simultaneously, using strong prioritization skills to drive timely resolutions.
- Actively utilize personal judgment to define next steps and resolutions ensuring that outcomes align with team and organizational goals.
- Work collaboratively with suppliers to identify areas for improvement, develop and implement strategies to enhance supplier performance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to drive long-term performance improvements and test innovative outreach strategies to enhance Globalization efforts.
What You Bring:
- Demonstrable experience, successfully supporting external partners (e.g. suppliers or vendors) positively driving performance management and/or compliance within an operational/ supply chain/ corporate retail environment.
- Excellent communication skills, someone who can clearly and concisely communicate complex information to quickly build and influence strong and trusting stakeholder/partner partnerships.
- The knowledge and capability to effectively tailor build, implement, monitor and continuously adapt action plans in driving positive change.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate and identify the root cause of a problem and clearly translate to the relevant parties enabling a quick solution.
- Display effective stakeholder/ partner management skills with a passion for providing and enhancing partner experience and satisfaction.
- The aptitude to effectively navigate IT systems and multiple applications simultaneously, with the agility to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems.
While this role does not require you to be an analyst, it is crucial to demonstrate a willingness to enhance your skills in leveraging business data effectively for problem-solving and critical thinking!
