HelloFresh is seeking a Supply Chain Lead on a 12 month fixed term contract. You will join our talented and driven Operations team. You will be reporting to one of our Fresh Managers, this is the perfect role for someone to develop their career in Supply Chain Operations.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Category ownership of our inbound supply chain operations for our Fresh ingredients to ensure they arrive in full and on time. 
  • Executing the weekly ordering and forecasting processes. 
  • Assisting the Fresh Manager with the implementation of the category strategy and driving operational excellence 
  • Building and owning relationships with our external suppliers to ensure our high standards are consistently met. 
  • Identifying issues and thinking on your feet to reduce impact to our end to end operation and more importantly our customers. 
  • Measuring, analysing and reporting on supplier performance through targeted KPIs 
  • Ensuring timely and accurate information is shared to internal stakeholders working closely with Procurement, Planning, Technical and Production teams to deliver the best customer experience.
  • Project delivery of key initiatives to continually improve the performance and efficiency of our supply chain.

Location: The HelloFresh Farm, 60 Worship Street, EC2A 2EZ, London

Work Schedule: 

This is a 40 hour contract, working 08:30-17:30 and the following shift patterns;

12x Monday - Friday

4x Tuesday - Saturday

4x Sunday - Thursday

We work on a hybrid working policy, with 50% of your time based in the office.

Holiday entitlements: 33 working days (Bank holidays taken as part of your annual leave entitlement) - you have to book it off as a bank holiday
