Supply Chain Lead
You will join our talented and driven Operations team. You will be reporting into our Supply Chain Manager. This is the perfect role for someone to advance their career in supply chain operations.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Category ownership of our inbound supply chain operations, you will ensure they arrive in full and on time
- Execute the weekly inbound scheduling, ordering and forecasting processes for the category
- Build and own relationships with our external suppliers to ensure our high standards are consistently met. Measure, analyse and report on supplier performance through targeted KPIs
- Partner closely with Procurement, Technical, Inventory and Production teams to strengthen our supply portfolio and reduce risk
- Ensure timely and accurate information is shared to internal stakeholders within our operation to deliver the best customer experience
- Identify risks and think on your feet to reduce impact to our end to end operation and more importantly our customers
- Delivery of key projects to continually improve the performance and efficiency of our supply chain
Who You Are:
- You have strong analytical skills, and the ability to translate analysis into actionable insights which better inform operational decision making
- You are able to manage & coordinate stock levels across multiple sites
- You are an advanced user of Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets
- You are resilient; operating well under pressure and prioritising ruthlessly
- You are a strong communicator - comfortable working with a multitude of different stakeholders
- You are a critical thinker – you use logic to identify opportunities, evaluate alternatives, and present critical information to solve problems
- You are a highly motivated and passionate self-starter
- FMCG and Supply Chain Operations background is a plus

Location: The HelloFresh Farm, 60 Worship Street, EC2A 2EZ, London
Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week. Every 6 weeks, weekend work will be required. 3 days in the office is required
