Supply Chain Manager - Good Chops

We’re looking for a Supply Chain Manager to join our dynamic Operations team and report to our Head of Supply Chain. This person will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing our end-to-end supply chain—from procurement and inventory planning to fulfillment and logistics. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally to ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality, are sourced efficiently, and delivered on time. You will...... 

• Lead and manage all aspects of the supply chain process including sourcing, procurement and inventory management
• Collaborate with procurement and vendor management teams to build strong supplier relationships and negotiate optimal terms
• Forecast inventory needs based on demand planning, seasonality, and promotional cycles to ensure supply continuity and reduce waste
• Implement and maintain processes that ensure inventory accuracy and proper traceability across the supply chain
• Partner with operations and logistics teams to streamline fulfillment and delivery performance, ensuring exceptional customer experience
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks across the supply chain while driving continuous improvement initiatives
• Leverage data and analytics to improve supply chain efficiency, reduce costs, and optimize service levels
• Lead cross-functional meetings to align production schedules, address supply risks, and communicate critical updates
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory standards
• Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to track and report on supply chain performance
• A supply chain expert with a sharp operational mindset and passion for data

You have..........

• BA/BS in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in supply chain, operations, or logistics management, preferably within protein and DTC brands
• Proven success in inventory planning, procurement, and demand forecasting
• Experience working with ERP systems and supply chain management tools (Oracle or similar)
• Advanced Excel skills and comfort with data analysis; experience with SQL or Tableau is a plus
• Strong analytical and project management skills with a bias toward action
• Familiarity with cold chain logistics, perishable inventory, or temperature-controlled products is highly preferred
