Are you ready to kickstart your career as a Supply Chain Manager (m/f/d) for Lean ERP Operations? In this role, you'll be responsible for implementing and optimizing lean processes to enhance efficiency within the supply chain. You'll collaborate closely with various internal departments and external suppliers to drive continuous improvements and ensure smooth and cost-effective functioning of the supply chain.   • You are responsible for conducting value stream analyses, streamlining our existing process flows, and identifying and resolving process bottlenecks
  • You develop, implement, and monitor lean strategies and methods to ensure efficiency gains and cost savings throughout the entire supply chain
  • You work closely with departments such as procurement, production, and software development to promote smooth operations through the introduction of software features and effective communication
  • You are responsible for initiating projects to reduce waste, improve inventory control, and increase internal lead times for order processing
  • You conduct training sessions and workshops to promote understanding of lean principles within the production and procurement teams and strengthen awareness of continuous improvement within the team
  • You serve as a point of contact for ERP-related system queries and contribute to the development of a lean culture within EGYM

Your fitness level

  • You have a degree in technical or business-related studies, ideally with a focus on SCM/logistics, or equivalent training with further education in lean or Six Sigma
  • You have at least 5 years of experience in using ERP systems (e.g., SAP by Design, SAP S/4HANA) and understand their supply chain operations
  • You possess expertise in production planning, manufacturing control, and delivery schedules in the ERP system (MRP)
  • You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • You can think critically and solve problems
  • You are fluent in English and ideally have good knowledge of German

Your training goal for your first 6 months

  • You have developed a deep understanding of our tools and processes, can operate them, and are well-connected with your colleagues
  • You understand our core processes and can work operationally independently after onboarding
  • You have already gathered and prioritized initial ideas and approaches for process improvement
