THE ROLE

The Supply Chain Manager is the central orchestrator of our end-to-end supply chain, ensuring the seamless flow of materials from procurement to distribution. This role is crucial for optimizing our inventory, enhancing supply chain visibility, and guaranteeing the timely and cost-effective availability of products to meet customer and manufacturing needs. WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Drive continuous improvement projects to optimize inventory levels, minimize excess and obsolete stock, and enhance supply chain visibility across the organization.

  • Supervise and mentor the materials team, fostering a culture of high performance and collaboration to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) related to inventory accuracy, material availability, and on-time delivery.

  • Collaborate with Procurement, Production, Engineering, and Sales to align material needs with business objectives, ensuring a smooth and efficient supply chain for new product introductions and ongoing operations.

  • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the supply chain, providing critical insights and leading root cause analysis to address discrepancies and improve overall performance.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • A proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing complex supply chain processes in a manufacturing environment.

  • Strong leadership capabilities with a focus on team development and a history of guiding teams to achieve significant results.

  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a deep understanding of inventory management, demand forecasting, and logistics.

  • Comprehensive knowledge of supply chain management principles and experience utilizing ERP/MRP systems to manage material data and streamline operations.
