The Operational Procurement team is part of the Factor Upstream Supply Chain team - together with the Sourcing Specialists and the Production team you make sure products are available at the right time, quantity and quality to ensure a smooth meal production. • Lead waste management - striving towards zero waste, this involves avoiding over-ordering, minimizing product waste and close monitoring of inventory
• Be the POC for inventory-related questions - ensuring timely communication and adequate stock for smooth production
• Optimise and build robust operational procurement processes and tools
• Be responsible for purchase order placement for a variety of different products required for our meal production, at the correct price and quantity
• Analyze purchasing data to ensure accuracy of information, purchasing procedures and identify any discrepancies
• Collaborate with HelloFresh distribution centers, co-manufacturers, and ingredient suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and meet demand requirements
• Drive continuous improvement efforts by recommending changes, testing new processes, and implementing updates
• Resolve any unforeseen supplier issues quickly and professionally, keeping operations on track
• Proactively escalate issues to the right stakeholders to minimize customer impact
• Evaluating supplier performance and being responsible for On Time, In Full and In Quality product delivery

• At least 3-4 years of relevant work experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related field
• Flexibility for occasional weekend work and travel
• Stress resilience and a hands-on approach
• A proactive, data-driven, and result-oriented mindset
• Excellent communication skills, able to work across different teams and cultures
• Fluency in English (other European languages are a plus)
