Job Description

As the Supply Chain Planner, you’ll own the end-to-end process of delivering fresh, high-quality ingredients to our customers on time. Drive operational excellence by working closely with suppliers, production teams, and cross-functional partners to streamline processes, resolve issues, and continuously improve performance. From inventory management to supplier performance analysis, you’ll ensure everything runs smoothly and efficiently.

This role is based at our Chippendale Head Office and reports to the Procurement Operations Lead.You will…

  • Be in charge of managing the weekly supply of our ingredients to ensure our customers receive high-quality ingredients in time
  • Own the end to end ordering process; you will be the expert on all operational concerns for your category
  • Work cross-functionally with other teams in our supply chain to optimise our supply set up
  • Work closely with suppliers to ensure on-time, on-spec deliveries and follow up shortages and missed deliveries
  • Regularly visit the production site and consistently communicate with our production teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives
  • Manage inventory of our fresh goods
  • Assemble and report on data relating to supplier performance, identifying improvement initiatives for your category
  • Assist with cost reporting and invoice validation

You have…

  • Experience in procurement, accounting or contract management, working in a comparable role.
  • An organised approach to work and have the ability to think on your feet
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Good analytical skills, strong command of Google Workspace, especially Google Sheets, are essential
  • Experience with international imports is an advantage

  • Detail-oriented and highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • A clear and confident communicator, capable of building strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders
  • Analytical and data-driven, with strong Excel skills to support reporting and decision-making
