Our Opportunity:

We are looking for a Supply Chain Program Manager at our facility in Bellevue, WA to partner with inventory analytics, operations, supply planning, transportation, and merchant teams to build a worldclass inventory placement program.

What You’ll Do: 

  • Build long-term, sustainable, automated processes that ensure the inventory placement strategy is successfully executed across all cross-functional teams.
  • Identify gaps and engineer solutions in processes and systems to allow for continued selection growth without risking efficiency in Chewy's fulfillment network.
  • 25% domestic travel required.

What You’ll Need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, Management, Engineering or related field and 5 years of experience.
  • Will accept Master’s degree and 3 years of experience.
  • Experience must include 3 years in: industry experience in the operations, general management or engineering fields;
  • Advanced Excel or SQL, including the ability to pull data and use to identify and solve ambiguous problems;
  • Operations and delivery methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma;
  • Warehouse management or Fulfilment Center or retail assortment planning;
  • Delivery of technology solutions, and
  • Familiarity with service-oriented architecture.
  • Experience must also include: E-commerce.
  • 25% domestic travel required.
  • The position is eligible for the Employee Referral Program.

Compensation & Benefits:

Our salary range for a Supply Chain Program Managerposition is $109,070 to $152,500. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to the candidate’s relevant experience, education, and work location. In addition, this position is eligible for 401k and a new hire and annual equity grant.

Non-exempt hourly team members accrue paid time off (PTO) while salaried-exempt team members have unlimited PTO, subject to manager approval. Non-exempt hourly team members in Fulfillment Centers and Customer Service are also eligible for additional unplanned unpaid time off (UTO). Team members will receive six paid holidays per year. Team members may be eligible for paid sick and family leave in compliance with applicable state and local regulations.
