As a Supply Chain Specialist, you will oversee production planning, material tracking, and stock management, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. Your role will be key in optimizing processes, coordinating with suppliers, and supporting our production team in ​our manufacturing plant in Pilsen

• Plan and oversee production schedules to ensure smooth workflow
• Track daily operations, including material consumption and stock levels
• Pull raw materials from suppliers and manage inventory efficiently
• Work closely with Shift Leaders to align supply chain processes
• Organize and coordinate transport logistics
• Maintain accurate paperwork and ensure compliance with internal processes
• Monitor total stock levels, ensuring no discrepancies
• Conduct month-end stock checks and reporting
• Identify and implement  logistic and warehouse process efficiency improvements

• Active Czech and English language - Must have! 
• Experience in supply chain, production planning, or a related field
• Background in the production industry (food industry experience is a plus but not required)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Excel and data management
• Hands-on mentality with the ability to adapt and learn quickly
