YOUR MISSION

To ensure Glovo is offering a top service, we have to provide our riders, partners and e-commerce customers with the necessary materials. As a supply chain analyst you will coordinate logistical operations in support of a thriving e-commerce business. The ideal candidate in this role is comfortable in an "all-hands-on" environment, loves solving problems and is able to thrive in a fast-paced and execution focused environment.

THE JOURNEY
  • Improve Glovo´s logistic processes and generate related manuals. 
  • Improve exceptional customer service processes (including taking orders, troubleshooting logistic problems, and resolving customer concern)
  • Continuous process improvement mindset: identify gaps in current processes and procedures, proactively identify operational problems, suggest solutions, and independently resolve issues.
  • Develop end to end analysis to identify opportunities to increase operational excellence.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders and track daily KPIs to achieve operational objectives.
  • Define Service Level Agreements with logistic warehouses and parcel companies (third parties)
  • Support the Procurement team in tenders to keep optimizing costs and service. 
  • Support systems integration processes
  • Creation of dashboards & reports.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

  • 2-4 years of experience at a supply chain / operations role (order fulfillment, ecommerce, warehouse, logistic)
  • Experience working with warehouses and parcel logistic providers
  • Problem-solving skills: no problem is too small or too big
  • High communication skills with the ability to work with and through global, cross-functional teams including internal customer and service providers
  • Operations mindset: you are always looking to optimize and implement new processes
  • Professional English
  • Power BI & SQL (not mandatory)
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets
  • Odoo knowledge (not mandatory)
