The opportunity:
This role offers a unique opportunity to leverage your sustainability expertise and project management experience to envision and deliver impactful environmental sustainability initiatives throughout our business. You will collaborate end-to-end with our business units, senior leadership, and external partners to operationalize our long-term targets and develop strategic roadmaps and action plans aligned with our overall business.
In this role, you’ll get to:

Lead the design, management, and execution of environmental sustainability projects across our operations and value chain, including those targeting GHG emissions reductions, while serving as a subject matter expert.

Collaborate with business units, external partners, and sustainability teams across Booking Holdings to integrate environmental considerations using data and scale best practices.

Develop, monitor, and report on key environmental sustainability metrics to facilitate data-driven decision-making and ensure transparent progress.

Oversee compliance with reporting requirements and maintain ongoing supervision of measurement systems and disclosure processes as it relates to environmental impact

Empower Agoda employees to adopt more sustainable business decisions and foster a culture of sustainability.
What you’ll Need to Succeed:
-
5+ years of experience structuring, leading, and managing cross-functional environmental sustainability initiatives, ideally in a corporate or consultancy environment.

Proficient in GHG Accounting, with hands-on experience using enterprise sustainability software and leveraging related data for analysis, decision-making, and reporting.

Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to innovate, problem-solve, build networks, and influence stakeholders at all levels.

Proven project management skills and a track record of independently handling multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-moving, dynamic setting.

Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to structure and present content that engages.

Collaborative, low-ego mindset suited to Agoda’s flat, open culture, and a passion for driving positive impact.

A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
