YOUR IMPACT

  • You will manage the annual sustainability reporting projects based on the ESRS standard and work closely with auditors for report assurance. 
  • You will regularly monitor developments in the regulatory landscape and derive necessary actions for EQS.
  • You will be in close contact with our internal and external stakeholders and own the sustainability materiality management. 
  • You will have an overview of all necessary sustainability KPIs and drive further improvements.
  • You own risk management for social and governance issues and support internal supplier risk management.
  • You communicate our sustainability journey internally and externally with stakeholders.
  • You manage our internal Corporate Volunteering programme at EQS.
  • You will manage EQS' participation in ratings, external profiles, stakeholder questionnaires and sustainability profiles on external platforms, as well as our participation in the UN Global Compact.

THIS IS YOU

  • You are familiar with relevant reporting standards (ESRS, GRI, SASB) as well as the EU Taxonomy for the Green Dal and the underlying methodologies such as stakeholder and materiality management. 
  • You have experience in managing sustainability reporting projects with different stakeholders.
  • You are comfortable communicating sustainability topics to different internal and external stakeholders and are curious about how to further improve Sustainability@EQS.
  • You enjoy communicating our approach to sustainability at EQS through a variety of channels and platforms.
  • You have a Master's degree in sustainability, business, law, or equivalent
  • At least 3 years full-time work experience in a relevant position 
  • You have C2 level German skills (fully fluent) and fluent English skills
