While this role sits within the newly formed Tariff & Pricing Delivery team, you will be part of the fantastic Commercial Change team. We’re a close knit, multidisciplinary group with team work at the very heart of everything we do. Everyone’s voice is heard and every opinion counted as we lead the way in delivering products and propositions to the mass market.
This role in a nutshell:
You’ll be helping deliver OVO’s energy tariffs for over 3 million customers. Ensuring prices are loaded correctly, tariffs are configured and displayed properly for our customers and employees and working to make sure we have sufficient and correct reporting for all of our Propositions and tariffs.
You’ll be the ultimate pricing and tariff problem-solving maestro, making sure everything flows like a smooth, well-tuned machine whether its data, tariff delivery or other problems that need solutions. With eyes like an eagle, you’ll be all about the detail and ensuring prices are loaded correctly every time and that the data we find and use is correct
Your key outcomes will be:
- Getting Stuff Done: Ensuring tariffs and pricing are delivered on time and to the highest quality standards.
- Smooth Sailing: Streamlining processes for optimal team performance and project success. Transforming chaos into calm and delivering exceptional results.
- Robust Reporting: Implementing robust reporting and data sets to oversee OVO's Price Cap process, ensuring customer number forecasting is readily available to the Price Cap project and managing the required data.
- Data-Driven Insights: Creating and maintaining data sets and dashboards that provide visibility into proposition performance and enable effective product range management.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Building strong relationships with stakeholders through positive energy and inspiring them to achieve results.
- Adaptability: Proactively navigating challenges and finding solutions.
- Continuous Improvement: Maintaining a proactive approach to streamlining and improving processes.
- Multitasking: Effectively managing multiple tasks simultaneously and delivering excellence across the board.

We’ll pay you between £33,000 and £42,000, depending on your specific skills and experience. If your expectations are a little different, have a chat with us!
