• You are flexible and travelling to work at different stations in the UK and Europe 
• Daily business on site in close cooperation with our offices in Munich and Frankfurt such as handovers of the Vans, preparation and cleaning of the Vans
• Active customer consulting on site at the start of the trip
• Management of the local fleet including damage documentation, repair, and the coordination of local service
• Implementation of existing standards and processes
• Active participation and a regular exchange with the different station teams for continuous optimization of the station itself, processes and standards

• You are highly flexible and have a strong willingness to travel 
• Successfully completed training or studies in a relevant subject area or comparable qualification
• At least 2-years relevant work experience, preferably with branch structures / rental business
• Experience in leadership and recruitment is considered a plus
• You are a reliable problem solver and enjoy new challenges
• You are an open-minded person and interested in meeting different roadsurfer Teams and cultures all over Europe 
• You speak fluent English; other languages of big advantage 
• Class B driving license 
• Valid Travel passport
