You will lead and manage a team of KYC specialists.

In this role, you will lead and manage a team of KYC specialists.

You will also work closely with a variety of departments, such as our Onboarding, Risk and Fraud and Compliance teams.You will also work closely with a variety of departments, such as our Onboarding, Risk and Fraud and Compliance teams.

What you’ll be doing in this position:

  • Lead and manage a team of KYC specialists in performing Level 2 investigations on PEP and Sanction screening, EDD processes, and other KYC/AML-related activities
  • Develop and maintain policies, procedures, and controls related to KYC compliance
  • Manage performance of KYC team members, provide clear performance targets, conduct performance reviews, give feedback to team members and develop clear career and personal development for team members
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of KYC controls and escalate issues as necessary
  • Collaborate with other teams within the company to identify and implement process improvements and streamline operational workflows.

You’ll be great for this position if you have:

  • English proficiency
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in KYC/AML within a financial institution
  • At least 1 year of team management experience
  • Experience in pipeline management with the ability to prioritise work and create plans
  • Excellent analytical and research skills.
