We are looking for a creative and driven Team Lead Account Development Representative (m/f/d) to join our team based right in the heart of Prague! Our goal is to keep revolutionising an entire industry, which is exciting, but also challenging. That’s why we need you! Your Tasks

  • Building the ADR team and leading it in all aspects of sales to help drive high performance
  • Overseeing your team’s goals and performance within targets
  • Staying ahead of your team's pipeline and forecasting revenues
  • Planning and implementing a Business Development strategy 
  • Coaching the team: you motivate, guide and guarantee system and process knowledge of the team
  • Working closely with our Sales Team to maximize the output
  • Actively helping to continuously optimize our cross-functional processes

You Bring

  • Commercial drive, Sales and Leadership experience. (At least 4 years experience in team or sales management)
  • Strong interest in software, privacy and online marketing
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to coach others to develop these skills as well as experience in coaching best practice in Sales to your team members
  • Experience contributing to the continuous improvement of sales processes
  • Comfortable in a dynamic environment and are flexible to adapt quickly to changes
  • Professional working proficiency in English, another European language would be a plus (might be passive knowledge)
  • A self-motivated, proactive team player offering innovative ideas to inspire customer loyalty and happiness
