About this role : 

We are looking for a Commercial Operations Team Lead (m/f/d) to lead the DACH region in Madrid or Warsaw to help our commercial team monetise assets but also elaborates reports, analysis & supporting material to share data and insights internally and externally as well as working on the consolidation of the team. 

Responsibilities:

• Manage, coordinate and be responsible for the German Business Operations team of 7 members.
• Be Responsible for training your team, providing guidance on operational processes and performance analyses, including developing and enforcing process guidelines.
• Closely collaborate with local Commercial and Operational leads to pursue further company growth.
• Build robust marketing strategies and operational processes to pursue company growth and efficiency.
• Coordinate with cross-functional departments and stakeholders.
• Bring insights, reporting, and analyses to enable the business and advocate for a data-driven culture.

Your Profile : 

• 3-4 years of experience in a leadership role/ managing a team.
• Fluent in spoken and written German and English.
• Strong relationship-building, influencing and strong collaboration across functions.
• Analytical mindset with advanced Excel skill to make data-driven decisions 
• Supportive management style, act as a role model and mentor for more junior members of the team by showing commitment and living our brand values
• Strategic thinker with the ability to use market knowledge and partner feedback to improve product and service offerings
• Self driven with great organisational skill with extensive experience in project management
