Data Integrity & Audit Team Lead

Mixpanel is seeking a meticulous and dedicated Data Integrity &  Audit Team Lead to guide our team of specialists in India. This pivotal role involves leading data cleanliness efforts within Salesforce (SFDC) and internal systems, as well as coordinating the deal audit process. The ideal candidate will ensure data accuracy and integrity across platforms, while also maintaining compliance and quality standards in sales deals.

Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Lead and guide a team of Data Cleaning & Deal Audit Specialists, providing mentorship, support, and direction to ensure high-quality work and professional growth.
  • Strategic Coordination: Collaborate with management to develop strategies for data cleanliness and deal audit management, aligning with organizational goals and objectives.
  • SFDC Data Management Oversight: Oversee comprehensive data management efforts within Salesforce, ensuring accuracy of field-level data on accounts, contacts, opportunities, and other relevant objects. This includes managing geography fields and company hierarchies.
  • Deal Audit Coordination: Coordinate, conduct and participate in the deal audit process, ensuring accurate recording of deal details in Salesforce and alignment with Order Forms. Verify sales opportunities comply with company policies and standards.
  • Data Quality Assurance: Coordinate, conduct and participate in regular assessments to evaluate data quality and accuracy across platforms. Develop and implement protocols, procedures, and best practices to maintain consistent data hygiene standards.
  • Process Coordination: Identify opportunities to optimize processes and workflows within Salesforce and integrated systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and drive efficiency gains.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Ensure thorough documentation of data management processes, audit findings, and outcomes. Generate comprehensive reports on data quality metrics, audit results, and progress of data clean-up initiatives.
  • Training and Development Support: Facilitate training sessions and provide support to team members on data management best practices, deal audit procedures, and compliance requirements. Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Ad-Hoc Support: Serve as a resource for ad-hoc data enrichment requests as needed, providing guidance and support to ensure timely and accurate completion.
  • Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Experience in Salesforce administration, with proficiency in customization, configuration, and automation.
  • Understanding of data management principles and best practices, particularly within Salesforce environments.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, with experience in guiding and coordinating teams to achieve objectives.
  • Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in deal audit coordination or compliance-related roles is beneficial.
  • Flexibility to work occasional PST hours to ensure organization alignment and efficiency.
