As Teamlead Demand & Allocation Planning (f/m/d/x) you will be part of the Network & Fulfilment Planning team in the DACH Operations domain and play a central role in defining our multi-site network working in an end to end cross-functional environment with local and global stakeholders.

Please note that this position is limited to 24 months (an extension of the contact is possible).

• You lead a team of three professionals, directing their efforts towards the Demand & Allocation planning
• Your are responsible for the development and refinement of the Fulfillment Network configuration based on real-time demand data as well as aligning capacities to optimize costs through a data-driven approach
• You push the continuous improvement and standardization of planning processes, leveraging automation and optimization strategies to enhance process stability
• You work with a variety of data sources to identify new business opportunities for the demand and allocation planning
• You address business challenges stemming from data inconsistencies by implementing mechanisms to improve accuracy across various planning domains
• You participate in global operational and planning initiatives as well as projects to match future business needs
• You communicate complex analyses, insights and outcomes to senior stakeholders, exerting influence and providing support for strategic decision-making

• You have a university degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain or a related field
• You have at least 4 years of professional experience in Demand Planning, Network Optimization, Supply Chain Planning or a similar role including first leadership experience
• Ideally, you will bring experience in an entrepreneurial role in supply chain operations
• You are proficient in data analysis and familiar with the use of SQL and data visualization tools
• You have strong organizational skills and a structured, thorough approach to accomplishing tasks and managing projects
• You enjoy collaborating with different stakeholders and convincing them to working towards a successful strategy to achieve common goals
• You speak English fluently, additional German language skills are a plus
