As the Team Lead Learning & Development Operations you’ll become the key leader driving continuous learning, upskilling & development throughout our DACH Distribution Centres (DC) and Hubs. You will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing and managing comprehensive training programs. Key to this role is to identify with stakeholders training needs, designing effective learning solutions, and ensuring the workforce is equipped with the knowledge and skills needed to achieve business objectives and excel in their roles.

What you’ll do

Identify and assess learning needs of different target audiences in the DACH HelloFresh DC and Hubs Operations organization.

  • Partner with the operational leadership teams to ensure alignment of learning needs to support the delivery of the DACH fulfillment strategy and annual plans.
  • Own the execution of end-to-end learner journeys for the DACH region and benchmark against best-in-class standards across the global HelloFresh network.
  • Develop and deploy effective onboarding and induction programs that consider the fast-paced environment at HelloFresh.
  • Foster internal talent growth by tailoring skill development programs to build the essential skills needed for a future-proven internal talent pool.
  • Monitor KPIs to measure the effectiveness of deployed learning and development programs and ensure training is meeting business needs.
  • Have a deep understanding of various learning methodologies and choose the most appropriate one for different topics to seamlessly integrate into the learners' workflow.
  • Closely collaborate with key stakeholders (Operations, People, Operational Excellence) regarding all learning topics to drive the learning strategy.
  • Build a robust local L&D team structure in DACH together with the international Director Learning & Development.
  • Own learning budgets, negotiate contracts, build and maintain relationships with third-party providers.
  • Stay on top of the latest developments in the field of L&D and innovations in learning technologies.

What you’ll bring

 

  • Successfully completed academic degree in Human Resources, Learning & Development or Organizational Psychology;
  • Proven experience in delivering training programs for different workforce levels;
  • Proficient in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms;
  • A strategic thinker who has successfully implemented business strategies and realized business benefits in a diverse environment;
  • A collaborator with the ability to build strong working relationships with cross-functional teams;
  • strong organizational and project management skills, a goal-oriented approach to work;
  • Creative and innovative, with the ability to efficiently execute against several competing tasks and projects while also managing a team of Learning & Development Specialists;
  • Focused on effective and inclusive teamwork with the capability to thrive in an autonomous environment working with a diverse set of stakeholders;
  • Customer service focused - hospitality and a contagious positive attitude are key
