🍋 This is how you’ll change the way people eat foreverWe are looking for a Team Lead of Affiliates & Partnerships for our ambitious, fast growing team in The Netherlands, working in the Growth Marketing team. 

As a Team Lead of Affiliate & Partnership Marketing HelloFresh Benelux, you will be the final owner of the HelloFresh partnership strategy and performance in Belgium, Netherlands and Luxembourg, across the family of our HelloFresh brands portfolio and all partner types.

This role is an excellent opportunity for someone who is commercially minded and numbers focused, a strong negotiator, creative, a savvy relationship builder and can think strategically to identify opportunities to grow and innovate. Your ability to open doors and achieve sales targets will be key in accelerating HelloFresh market penetration by finding and sustaining great partnerships. 

🥑 This is how you’ll make an impact

  • Translate wide business strategy into a holistic local partnership strategy focusing on partnerships and affiliate marketing, collaborating closely with relevant cross functional senior stakeholder
  • Own the delivery of  affiliate & partnership growth strategy for HelloFresh Benelux, for HelloFresh, GreenChef and Factor
  • Manage the team of 4 strong BD and AM partnership experts, help your team grow towards one of the top teams in Europe 
  • Have ownership of your partnership pipeline execution and building a plan towards hitting conversion and revenue targets
  • Oversee the business proposals and sales tactics used to acquire new partners
  • Build forecasts and track named strategic partners KPIs
  • Oversee and lead strategic conversations and relationships with local vendors and key partners in the portfolio
  • Harness your data-driven mindset as well as industry expertise for the identification of new growth levers and channel development tactics 
  • Work on numerous strategic initiatives in the partnership field together with our analytics, tech and design teams located centrally 
  • Develop and manage scale high volume key partners pipelines to recruit onto our established partnerships program as well as represent HelloFresh in key strategic partnerships
  • Auditing and improving team performance, reporting to senior internal stakeholders

🍉 These are the ingredients you’ll bring to the team

  • Affiliate BD expert with 5+ years experience in the affiliate/online partnerships industry
  • An experienced leader with 2+ years experience in people management 
  • Equipped with a profound knowledge of the global partnership/affiliate landscape, common tracking technologies and platforms
  • A very strong analytical thinker who likes solving difficult problems
  • A strong communicator who knows how to connect easily with different types of stakeholders 
  • A team-player, who gets the best out of his/her team and stakeholder group
  • Experience in other performance marketing channels is a plus
  • Experience in technical fields such as management of affiliate platforms such as Impact, analytical tools (Tableau) or campaign management automation is a plus 
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment and navigate complex client relationships.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English - written and verbal. Fluency in Dutch and/or French is a plus.
