About The Role
You will be leading a team of 9+ operations representatives based in Poland and Germany that will be responsible for improving conversions and reducing cancellations within our 6 European markets (UK, Germany, France, Spain, Portugal and Italy). We are looking for an Operations Team Leader to support the team and ensure consistently high performance. You will also be responsible for supporting regional strategy and process improvement opportunities within the European Operations organisation. We are looking for a passionate leader who lives for helping others, cares deeply about building strong culture and teams and is excited to work closely with peers, to identify and execute quickly on opportunities that level-up our user experience.
Based in Poland, this is a remote first position reporting to the Strategy & Operations Senior Manager who is based in London. Join us in transforming lives, one task at a time.

What You’ll Work On:- Lead and develop a team of 9+ operations representatives by having a deep understanding of our company values, operational programmes and the main OKRs that you and the team will be in charge of.
- Take ownership for results, understand development needs and provide coaching, training and support to team members, delivering timely and clear feedback on performance.
- Monitor team performance, quality, adherence and daily schedule.
- Act as a primary escalation point for resolving emergencies and high-touch escalations.
- Support in projects and process improvement opportunities as required, be a voice for continuous improvement providing feedback on opportunities, and proactively share best practices.
- Create a safe and engaging work environment, where constructive and regular feedback is celebrated.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, eagerness to get stuck in, high attention to detail and robust organisational ability.
- Resilience and flexibility to adapt to an ambiguous and constantly changing environment.
- Organisational skills: You must be a strong critical thinker, adept at problem-solving multiple multi-faceted scenarios at once--all while keeping your tasks in order and organised.
- Analytical rigour, as you track and analyse metrics and situations to improve outcomes and make recommendations
- 3+ years experience in a similar role
- Working knowledge of Zendesk and Looker/Tableau is essential
- Business level proficiency in English
- Bilingual in Spanish, Italian, German, French or Portuguese is preferred, multilingual is a plus
- Eligible to work in Poland, we do not support relocation for this role.
Compensation & Benefits:At Taskrabbit, our approach to compensation is designed to be competitive, transparent and equitable total compensation consists of base pay + bonus + benefits + perksThe annual gross pay range for this position is 129,150 - 182,000 PLN. This is the base pay only, and does not include any other total cash compensation amounts, such as company bonus or benefits.
