Team Lead Partner Key Account Management (all genders)
We are excited to announce an opening for a Team Lead in Partner Key Account Management at Urban Sports Club.
This leadership role is critical in our ongoing mission to build and maintain the best and most diverse sports and wellness offerings for our customer base. You will be instrumental in strengthening our existing key partnerships and optimizing our service offerings across various German cities. Leading a dedicated team of 4 Key Account Partner Managers who are passionate about their contributions, you will drive the strategic direction and further development of our key account management processes.

Your responsibilities- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of 4 Key Account Partner Managers. Foster a collaborative and empowering team environment to drive exceptional performance.
- Strategic Partnership Management: Oversee and enhance relationships with key partners to ensure a strong and diverse offering that aligns with our company's strategic goals.
- Work directly with major accounts to understand their needs and tailor offerings that maximize mutual value.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously assess and optimize the performance of key accounts. Develop strategies to increase partner engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, product development, and other departments to ensure that the key account strategy is integrated.
- Innovation and Problem Solving: Bring innovative solutions to complex challenges within key account management.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor strategies to keep our offerings competitive and compelling.
- Reporting and Analytics: Regularly report on key account metrics and insights to senior management. Use data-driven approaches to make informed decisions and to forecast future trends.
- Professional Development of Team: Implement development plans for each team member based on their individual strengths and areas for growth.
- Strong Leadership Skills: Proven leadership skills required to guide and motivate a team of Key Account Partner Managers towards common goals.
- Key Account Management: Extensive experience in managing major accounts with a proven record of building long-term partnerships, particularly beneficial in the sports and wellness industry.
- Strategic Thinking and Planning: Ability to develop and implement strategies in line with the company's vision, setting clear objectives and making strategic decisions for key accounts.
- Exceptional Communication Skills: Essential strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration and clear, persuasive communication of complex ideas, in German
- Analytical and Problem-Solving Abilities: Skilled in analyzing data to make informed decisions and solve complex problems with innovative solutions.
