About the Revenue Operations Team

The Revenue Operations team at Mixpanel partners with Commercial Leadership to help set and execute global and regional revenue strategies. We build and execute core operational processes such as business planning and reporting, facilitate key decision-making, and support ongoing business operations management - whatever is needed to make our GTM teams successful!

About the Role

We are seeking a Team Lead for Salesforce Administration to support maintaining the company’s Salesforce CRM system. You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations, configuring Salesforce to fit the company’s needs, creating and managing fields, views, reports, dashboards, campaigns, and other Salesforce objects and functions.

You will also be responsible for CRM hygiene as well as monthly and quarterly business audits of sales opportunities to ensure ARR reports are aligned across CRM, Mixpanel Data Warehouse and Billing systems. 

Our ideal candidate has a solid understanding of business operations and the analytical capabilities to translate business needs into system solutions.

Ultimately, you will be a pivotal piece in the efficiency and success of our business operations through your management of the Salesforce system.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain the company’s Salesforce CRM, including user setup, profiles, roles, and teams, customization of fields, record types and page layouts.
  • Own monthly and quarterly sales opportunity audits to align CRM data with Mixpanel DataWarehouse (BigQuery) and Billing systems.
  • Perform database maintenance tasks, including diagnostic tests and duplicate entry cleansing.
  • Develop customized reports, dashboards, and processes to continuously monitor data quality and integrity.
  • Provide training and support to Salesforce end users.
  • Assist in the evaluation of new business systems software and processes.
  • Document system configuration and administrative processes.
  • Work with management to identify new and creative opportunities to leverage Salesforce to support additional business processes or functions.

We're Looking For Someone Who Has

  • Proven work experience as a Salesforce administrator
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201) required
  • Advanced knowledge of Salesforce CRM platforms
  • Experience in setting up and managing user profiles, roles, and permission sets in Salesforce
  • Excellent problem-solving capabilities and project management skills
  • Familiarity with Salesforce.com best practices, support mechanisms, procedures, and limitations is required
  • Experience with Salesforce SOQL and SOSL is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field preferred
