• Team Management: You lead the Salesforce Admin Team, ensuring optimal organization and fostering professional development of team members
• Task Allocation: You plan and assign tasks and projects within the team to maximize productivity and growth
• Quality Assurance: You review and monitor the team’s output to ensure timely delivery of high-quality results
• Process Improvement: You collaborate with Process Owners and the Salesforce Solution Architect to identify and implement system and process optimization opportunities
• System Availability: You ensure that Salesforce and all connected applications are consistently operational and meet business requirements
• Technical Support: You and your team provide technical assistance, resolve bugs, and handle user queries effectively
• Project Collaboration: You involve your team in application design, configuration, testing, and deployment phases as part of cross-functional projects

• Experience: You have at least 5 years of experience with Salesforce applications and 3 years in team leadership
• Expertise: You bring strong knowledge in solution architecture, development, and enterprise application management
• Communication Skills: You excel at verbal and written communication, effectively engaging audiences at all levels
• Stakeholder Management: You have a proven track record of managing internal and external stakeholders
• Technical Proficiency: You demonstrate hands-on expertise with Salesforce and a results-driven approach to achieving goals
• Language Skills: You are business fluent in English and ideally have a good command of German
