Our customers build trust with their users through improved transparency and control to drastically improve marketing and monetization, while achieving full privacy compliance.As the Team Leader for CRM & Lifecycle, you will be responsible for leading and shaping our email marketing and lifecycle automation strategy to drive engagement, retention, and conversion. You will leverage your CRM expertise to optimize customer journeys, improve marketing automation, and ensure data-driven decision-making. In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, manage a working student, and take ownership of key lifecycle marketing initiatives to support the company’s growth objectives.

Your Tasks

  • Lead the CRM & Lifecycle function, setting the vision and strategy for email marketing, customer engagement, and retention initiatives.
  • Develop and execute CRM & lifecycle strategies to enhance customer engagement and retention. 
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for CRM and lifecycle campaigns, ensuring continuous optimization through A/B testing and data-driven insights.
  • Manage the email marketing strategy, including campaign execution, automation, segmentation, and personalization.
  • Optimize and scale marketing automation programs, ensuring seamless customer journeys across various touchpoints.
  • Continuously improve campaign performance by implementing A/B testing, analyzing KPIs, and refining strategies based on data insights.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in CRM, lifecycle marketing, and email automation.
  • Ensure compliance with GDPR and other data privacy regulations for all CRM and email marketing activities.
  • Collaborate with marketing, brand, and sales teams to align CRM strategies with broader business objectives.
  • Manage and mentor a working student, providing guidance and overseeing operational tasks related to CRM and lifecycle marketing.
  • Develop and maintain reporting dashboards to track campaign performance and provide actionable insights for optimization.

You Bring

  • Experience: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. 
  • 5+ years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, email marketing, or marketing automation, with a proven track record of driving customer engagement and retention. 
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms and email marketing tools. 
  • Marketing Automation Tool Admin with advanced proficiency in Pardot (Account Engagement), including hands-on experience in automation rules, lead scoring, segmentation, Engagement Studio, and overall platform management.
  • Proficient in Salesforce CRM, including campaign tracking, reporting, lead lifecycle management, and CRM-Marketing Automation alignment.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven marketing and A/B testing methodologies (e.g. Power BI)
  • Previous experience managing email templates, automation flows, and customer segmentation.
  • Preferably experience with Enrichment tools like Similarweb, DropContact, Clay 
  • Knowledge of GDPR and email compliance regulations.
  • Experience with API integration between Pardot/Salesforce and external tools such as Zoom, Zapier is a plus
  • Previous experience managing/mentoring a team members is a plus
  • Analytical mindset – ability to interpret data, measure performance, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaboration & communication: the ability to work cross-functionally and present insights to stakeholders.
