We’re looking for a Team Manager in the OEM group to lead a team of Account Managers, maintaining and growing the book of business.
This role will report to AVP OEM.

The OEM (Data Partnerships) team oversees the entire relationship cycle with clients seeking to integrate Similarweb's data into their products, solutions, and services. Utilizing Similarweb data empowers companies to enhance their offerings and develop innovative capabilities for their end clients. By licensing our data, we enable our clients to grow their businesses, expand their offerings, and conquer new markets.
As the OEM team continues to expand along with its book of business, we are seeking a dynamic Team Manager to ensure day-to-day operations, focus on strategic initiatives, and guarantee the achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs). The Team Manager will play a pivotal role in supporting the growth of our partners.
So, what will you be doing on a daily basis?
- Manage and coach a team of account managers to effectively retain and grow their book of business.
- Take responsibility for hiring and onboarding new Account Managers within the team.
- Provide ongoing coaching and training to foster positive growth and skill development.
- Cultivate strong relationships with customers, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with the Data, Customer Support, Billing, Product, and Legal teams to ensure customer success.
- Conduct regular analyses to understand the root causes of team performance and implement actions to accelerate growth.
This role is perfect for someone who possesses:
- 2-3 years of experience in Account Management roles, with at least 4-5 years overall in Account Management.
- Strong change management skills.
- Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, or Customer Success professional.
- At least 3+ years of experience in managing commercial activities (contracts, quotes, negotiations, proposals, payments, etc.).
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B SaaS companies.
Additionally, Similarweb offices operate in a hybrid model, offering the flexibility of working from home while providing the benefits of building face-to-face connections with fellow Similarwebbers.
The base salary range for this position in New York City is $90,160 to $184,800 + benefits including: medical, dental and vision insurance, 401K plan, potential equity, employee stock purchase plan and paid sick and parental leave.
In addition, this position is eligible to participate in the company’s sales incentive plan, with a maximum target OTE of up to $264,000, depending upon the final terms of employment and achievement of established targets.
Individual compensation is based upon a number of factors, including qualifications and relevant experience.
The base salary range above is for the New York City metro area, and could vary for candidates in other locations.
