We're looking for an exceptional Billing Team Manager to oversee and manage the day to day activities of our local billing and collections department in our Burlington, MA office.This role will report to the Director of Billing. 

What does the day-to-day of a Billing Team Manager at Similarweb look like:

  • Lead the Billing & Collection US Team, providing leadership, mentorship, and professional guidance
  • Oversee the team’s performance, ensuring the team members meet their ticket and collections targets while working in a systematic and accurate manner
  • Contribute to the team’s mission to improve data flows, optimize our processes, and ensure accounting output is accurate
  • Act as a focal point supporting the Go-to-market, sales ops, and legal department on varied financial customer-related topics
  • Assist with recurring monthly and month-end closing tasks, such as customer payment allocations, running effective bill runs, preparing monthly reports, etc.
  • Document, communicate, and update all billing department processes and procedures
  • Conduct training sessions for new recruits and the existing staff

  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Ability to learn quickly and keep up in an ever-changing environment
  • Experience with a large customer base and high transaction volume

The ideal candidate should have:

  • Experience with Salesforce, Netsuite and Zuora
  • Prior work for an international SaaS company
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience of leading a team 
  • Minimum 4 years of billing or administrative experience preferably in subscription billing
  • Excellent English – written and spoken
