As a Solution Consultant Team Manager at SimilarWeb, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our solution consulting team. You will lead, mentor, and develop a global team of solution consultants, ensuring they drive value to our clients and prospects. Your deep understanding of digital intelligence and our platform will enable you to deliver strategic insights and solutions that meet our clients' unique needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of solution consultants, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  • Client Engagement: Collaborate with sales teams to understand client needs, delivering tailored solutions that drive business value.
  • Solution Development: Develop and present customized solutions to clients, demonstrating the value of SimilarWeb’s platform.
  • Pre-Sales Support: Provide technical and strategic support during the sales process, including product demonstrations/pilots and solution proposals.
  • Training and Development: Conduct training sessions for new hires and ongoing development programs for existing team members.
  • Performance Management: Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing regular feedback and coaching to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Market Expertise: Stay current with industry trends and competitive landscape to inform solution development and client recommendations.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with product, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure seamless client experiences and feedback loops.
  • Reporting: Provide regular reports on team activities, performance metrics, and client feedback to senior management.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field. Advanced degree is a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in solution consulting, pre-sales, or a related field, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of digital marketing, competitive intelligence, and data analytics.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in SimilarWeb’s platform and other digital intelligence tools - a big plus
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex solutions clearly and persuasively.
  • Client Focus: Strong customer service orientation with a track record of delivering client success.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically and analytically.
