• You will be responsible for leading, building and continuously developing the Data & Analytics team (with data analysts, data eng and web analyst)
• Your mission with your team will be to enable all roadsurfer teams to make better decisions by ensuring availability, usability and visualization of the right data/information/KPIs needed in their function
• You will take care of running a solid database, BI infrastructure and ensuring the information flow together with the Tech & Product Department
• You proactively identify and unlock large business potentials by spearheading advanced analytics at roadsurfer (i.e., big data analyses, ML forecasting, etc.)
• You build and develop a team that is not only strong in analytics but also excels at providing concrete, business-oriented recommendations and actions to your stakeholders

• You already have several years of professional experience as a BI Analyst, BI Engineer, Data Scientist, Web Analyst or comparable positions with additional experience as a manager or functional lead
• You're technically versed in SQL, Python and Data Visualization and have a great understanding of data infrastructure (DWH, ETL Tools, orchestrator...)
• You have experience in crafting the data strategy as well as successfully developing and owning the data/ BI infrastructure of an organization
• You know what it means to build a customer data platform
• You have already worked in a startup or have experience with similar rapidly growing structures
• You consider yourself a strong stakeholder manager with strong communications skills and business fluency in English
