- Leadership: You work together with the Head of IT Services to define yearly roadmaps, set long-term strategy for the department, and monitor and report on team performance against KPIs
- Management: You manage a team of System Administrators and support them in their personal and professional development
- Support: You provide advanced IT support in a modern cloud-based environment and support your colleagues with their questions and technical problems
- Equipment: You provide suitable hardware and software solutions for our employees
- Documentation: You create and maintain documentation on our systems and support processes
- Professional Experience: You have 5+ years of professional experience in Information Technology (ITIL or ITSM certifications are a plus)
- Leadership Experience: You have 1-2 years of previous leadership experience leading technical teams
- Know-How: You have good knowledge of Windows and Mac support, SaaS platform support, helpdesk ticketing systems, reporting dashboards and metrics
- Skills: You have experience managing and reporting on team performance, coaching team members, analyzing and optimizing processes, and deploying process automation
- Working Style: You work reliably and produce high-quality work in both individual and team environments
- Language Skills: You have professional proficiency in English (German and or French is a plus)
- Metrics: You will work with the Head of IT Services to refine existing support metrics and establish an automated dashboard for reporting out on team performance
- Optimization: You will work with the team to identify and improve the top ten support bottlenecks, resulting in a reduction of average time to resolution by at least 10%
- Enablement: You will work with the team to improve the internal knowledge base and begin to create a public-facing knowledge base to enable users to self-service issues
- Standardization: You will create standard processes around ticket intake, triage, handling, holding, and resolution to support the metrics defined earlier
