The Opportunity:

At Cloudflare, our primary focus is attracting top talent and empowering them to excel in their roles. We are seeking a motivated and collaborative Recruiter to support the hiring of Tech positions. We value solution-oriented self-starters who thrive in a team environment and are passionate about making a meaningful impact.

Your role will involve partnering with hiring managers to design and implement tailored recruitment strategies, ensuring the successful acquisition of exceptional candidates mainly through active sourcing strategies. You'll collaborate closely with other Recruiters, our People Team Business Partners, Coordinators, and various business leaders across Engineering to enhance organizational capabilities.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to develop and execute customized recruitment plans, striving for optimal results.
  • Work closely with hiring teams to enhance the attraction and hiring of a diverse range of candidates.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, offering guidance, insights, and best practices for Engineering hiring strategies.
  • Utilize creative techniques to identify and engage highly qualified technical candidates, coordinating interview processes as necessary.
  • Proactively manage candidate pipelines, ensuring data integrity, and regularly update internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the recruiting team on various initiatives and hiring requirements across different areas, which may include recruiting for Sales roles.
 

Desired Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years of end-to-end Tech recruiting experience, preferably within a Tech or SaaS company.
  • Active sourcing experience on LinkedIn
  • Demonstrated experience driving diversity within the recruiting process and forming diverse teams.
  • Proven ability and interest in driving hiring initiatives and projects.
  • Strong influence and solution-oriented and results-driven mindset in a fast-paced environment.
  • Capability to identify and address potential bottlenecks or issues before they arise.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and resourcefulness throughout the hiring cycle.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organisational skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a highly collaborative team-based environment.
